OROLIVE Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a high quality product obtained from a typical cultivar of
northern Apulia, the Peranzana, found in the municipalities of Torremaggiore, San Severo,
Lucera and Serracapriola. It has French origins (from ‘Provence’), but is now considered to be
fully Apulian.
It is BIO (Organic) certified because it is produced according to organic standards, without
pesticides or chemicals and is certified by the Control and Certification Body ‘Suolo e Salute’.
Its main characteristic is to be an oil with an elegant sensory profile, medium-light fruity, with
notes of green tomato, fresh almond, tender artichoke.
